Take a break and go out with your colleagues
We all know that we cannot sit on our desk for more than 3 hours in a stretch. In fact, we shouldn’t sit for so long too. Get up from your desk and go for a walk for a few minutes. Hanging out for a bit of time with your colleagues is never a bad option.

Chatting your loved ones for a good period of time is always a clean stress-burster. This is a great way to not just stay connected with your friends but also get some interesting scoops about others.
Check Your To Do List
Whenever you feel bored, just go through your to do list and see what all you have done till now and what else you have to do. Tick off the things you have done. This way you can keep your mind diverted from the work and you will be able to get some extra motivation too.
