Indian PM Narendra Modi celebrates his 65th Birthday today, i.e., 17th September, 2015. Narendra Modi as most of the nation knows comes from a financially poor family background. His mother used to wash utensils in houses for extra money. However, many people didnt know that Modi served in the Indian army as a volunteer during 1965 Indo-Pak war at the railway stations and also helped flood victims in Gujarat in 1967.
Also, a teetotaller and pure vegetarian Modi served as a tea vendor at the Railway Station for many years before joining politics. Narendra Modi was sworn in as the Prime Minister of India on 26th May, 2014 as aleader of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP).
