Last week we showed you his wonderful and easiest Cheesy Masala Rice Balls recipe but now the time has again come to learn something new, which will be the dahi kebab recipe this time.
Dahi Kebab Recipe By Chef Sanjeev Kapoor
- Hung Yogurt
- Green Chillis
- Red Chilli Powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Dried Fenugreek Powder
- Fresh Corriander
- Refined Flour
Take 3 scoops hung yogurt in a large bowl and then add a small bowl of onions to it. Add a small bowl of ginger, green chilies if you want your Dahi kebab to be spicy, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp dried fenugreek powder, 1tsp salt.
Knead the found mixture properly to make a dough, add some refined flour to the dough and make tikkis of it.
Shallow fry the tikkis for a while and your delicious dahi kebabs are ready.
The first impression is always the last impression and in terms of food, the presentation makes that first impression. Therefore, your each and every dish should be presented beautifully so that your efforts don’t go waste. So now when your Dahi Kebabs are ready, the right way to present them is aligning four of them in a plate and serving with chutney or collecting them in a bowl and serve hot to your guests.
