1. Walk more
Eating and eating again makes us fat and sleepy, it is all due to a number of calories we eat. So to keep an individual good and active one should walk more and more to burn those excessive calories which make us fat and lazy.
2. Stand up at work
Work is surely a boring place and we don’t that we need to prove this fact to anybody. If we just keep sitting on a chair for hours and hours our back can start planning to cheat us because of the pressure we will be delivering to it, thus, resulting in constant pain. To prevent that pain one should stand last after each and every 30 minutes in the office and relax.
3. Eat light food
As mentioned above, food gains us calories which make us feel dizzy and tired because after consuming those calories, our body starts performing various activities to regulate them, thus constantly using our energy. Therefore, one should eat light food at work or college to stay for active for the remaining day.
Stretching is very good exercise for our body and mind which increases their blood circulation and gives us a refreshing feel. Some common body parts which we can stretch outside are the neck, back, legs, arms, hands, and fingers.
5. Make Friends
Being lonely can also be the cause of tiredness and dizziness as then there’s no one to keep you hyped and active, therefore, one should get friends to at least talk to them and keep himself active and energized.
