When you’re working, it’s very hard to stay motivated to workout and stay fit. Accumulating all the unwanted extra kilos from sitting all day is pretty easy when you have a desk job. Here are some ways which will help you stay fit even while you’re working without a workout
1. WALK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
It’s important to walk as much as possible. Take a walk in your lunch hour, take stairs and if you can, try to walk to and fro from your work.
2. MOVE AROUND THE OFFICE
Instead of calling your co-worker walk to him/her, take time to get up and stretch. It’s necessary that you break the habit of sitting after every two-three hours.
3. EAT YOUR BREAKFAST
It’s a scientifically proven fact that if you skip breakfast you’ll be more drawn to fatty foods. Eating hearty and healthy breakfast will boost your metabolism. If you’re in a rush have a cereal or oatmeal.
4. DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Drinking 8-10 glasses of water is an absolute must. It’s good for your skin. Drink up!
5. DON’T SNACK
Half of the extra kilos we gain due to snacking at work. Stay away from chips, chocolates. Eat something healthy instead. Fruit sounds good.
