Duh right? If you have wake up early then you have sleep early. For example, if you want to wake up at 545 AM then you should be in bed by 945 PM. Around 7 to 8 hours of sleep are required for better memory,metabolism and overall productivity.So I guess goodbye to those late night TV you’ve been watching.
