They say no matter how hard the life is hard work always pay you off. This is true for Nikesh Arora. He is the first person in India to get Rs 857 crores annually in the form of salary. Born in Ghaziabad, India’s Nikesh Arora has become the third most highest-paid CEO (Chief Executive) in the world of technology.
He became the CEO of world’s biggest cybersecurity firm Palo Alto Networks. In 2015, he was named a potential successor by SoftBank’s Masayoshi Son. And now Nikesh Arora is making the headlines for the fat pay packet worth about $128 million that he has bagged in his new job as CEO Palo Alto Networks Inc, reportedly making him one of the highest-paid US executives.
The journey to become the third-highest-paid CEO in the world was never been easy for him. Nikesh was born on February 9, 1968. His father was in Indian Air Force. He took a degree in electronic engineering from BHU IIT in 1989. After graduation, he started a job in WIPRO, however, after doing it for some time he moved to the USA to continue further studies.
He took a degree in MBA from Boston’s North-Eastern University. He continued studies even after that along with doing a job. He used to do the job in the day and studied charted financial analyst in the night. He completed studies in 1995.
In an interview, Nikesh told that in order to pay his fees for studies he did a job of saleman in a Buger shop. He also did a job of security guard for the same reason.
