4. Reduce caffeine intake

If you consume a cup of coffee to relieve morning sleep and afternoon sluggishness, then it acts as an enemy for your weight. Drinking more than two cups of coffee a day causes many problems. Constipation, migraine and also it can cause acidity. If you do not fit inside, then you will not be able to lose weight.

5. A little exercise is necessary

Admittedly, you cannot go to the gym, but you can walk in the garden or lawn of the house. Walk a little while eating something. If you don’t like walking. So listen to music or take a walk with your partner. These small initiatives will help you lose weight.
