The survival thriller movie Mili starring Jahnvi Kapoor has released a new song on Saturday. The filmmakers unleashed the first song “Sun Aye Mili” which is a composition by music maestro AR Rahman.
The team took to Instagram to share a glimpse of the song. The post was captioned as, “A slice of life, a piece of happiness! Experience both in #SunAyeMili Song out now!!”
The song has been backed by the vocals of Vishal Mishra and the lyrics have been etched by Javed Akhtar. The thriller movie is directed by Mathukutty Xavier and is slated to hit the cinemas by 4 November 2022. Alongside Jahnvi Kapoor, the movie also features Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa in the pivotal roles.
On work front, this film flags the first collaboration of Jahnvi with her father Boney Kapoor. The film Mili is a Hindi remake of the 2019 Malayalam original thriller Helen.
The filmmakers revealed that after unfurling the official trailer of the film, it received a positive and welcoming response from the audience. Mili is supposed to face a schedule clash with the upcoming horror comedy Phone Bhoot starring Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter, and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in GoodLuck Jerry which aired on Disney+ Hotstar. She has a lot in store, next she will be seen in Bawaal opposite Varun Dhawan and in Mr and Mrs Maahi alongside Rajkumar Rao, directed by Karan Johar.
