It all happened yesterday when the rumors started making rounds that superstar Akshay Kumar will join the BJP Political rally. Which will be held in West Bengal. But the news that recently surfaced claims that Akshay has refuted this rumor and said that these statements are false and baseless as he is busy with her schedule in Mumbai. And he is shooting for his next film.
In a statement he said in quite shocking way. “I am surprised at this level of rumours getting circulated about my presence in the political rally at Kolkata. I am currently busy shooting in Mumbai, and rumours regarding my attendance at a political rally in Kolkata today are baseless and false.
But let us know the reality:
Actually, the reality was that at Brigade Prade Ground in Kolkata, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was supposed to address the massive rally. Which was his first-ever visit to West Bengal in this regard. The rumors claimed that along with the prime minister some leaders from BJP and some actors will also join the rally. And so many assumed that Akshay will also be a part of it. However, now the actor has refuted the rumors.
Coming to Akshay’s work front the actor recently shared a post on his Instagram account that shows Akshay present with co-stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha, and director Abhishek Sharma. Posting the image he captioned it “The team that preps together excels together! An extremely productive script reading session with the team of #RamSetu this evening. Can’t wait to begin filming this one.”
