This is what we call a generational film, a series of films that will have marked an entire generation ! Launched in 1999, the American Pie series has never ceased to make us laugh, make us dream of a perfect student life, and make us dance to Californian Rock .
With a return in 2001 for a summer adventure, in 2003 for the famous wedding of Jim and Michelle, the whole team met in 2010 for a fourth episode . A new adventure with the band of Jim, Stifler, Finch, Michelle a little more adult but always so hilarious which lets pass the bad memories of the many less successful spin – offs starring, the little brother and the cousins of Stifler .
Already on the front of the stage 3 years ago, Tara Reid, the interpreter of Vicky, hinted that the whole band could meet for the 20 years of the franchise in 2019 . Unfortunately, nothing to eat this year ! Interviewed a few days ago, the American actress once again made fans of the series dream by announcing a fifth film .
It will happen . Ok, I can’t tell you when, because I don’t really know when yet, because we need all the actors at the same time to work out our schedules . There’s a script that’s ready, that’s all I can tell you . I read the script, and it’s one of the best in the saga . It’s great, this 5th movie is going to be made, I just don’t know when .
A fifth opus which would therefore be well and truly written and in preparation . As much to say it right away, fans of the franchise have to expect it like a lukewarm apple pie from their mom .
