As soon as word of Ariana Grande’s separation from her husband Dalton Gomez broke, she immediately removed all of her wedding pictures from social media. The ‘Thank U, Next’ singer appears to have removed her 2021 Instagram posts of her wedding.
Additionally, Ariana took down the anniversary post she published in May. She marked their second anniversary by posting a picture from their wedding day on May 16. She captioned the photo, “I love him so. Currently, the only reference to Dalton on her Instagram is a selfie the two of them took in November 2022.
In a private ceremony, Ariana and Dalton were wed in May 2021 at her Montecito home. Before that, the two supposedly became engaged, and they also spent a lot of time together during the Covid19 pandemic. They frequently shared pictures showing their relationship.
Recent sightings of Ariana without her wedding band have fueled rumours that she is having problems with Dalton. Soon after, TMZ revealed that the couple had been living apart since January. They reportedly attempted reconciliation, but it didn’t work out. According to a person with “direct knowledge,” their marriage “is headed for divorce.”
The previous week, Ariana was shown at the Wimbledon men’s singles final sans her diamond ring on her left finger. She was spotted occupying the seat between Jonathan Bailey and Andrew Garfield. During various parts of the game, the star reacted by covering her mouth with her right hand. Her ring was conspicuously absent. The 30-year-old ‘Wicked’ actress last appeared wearing her wedding band in public during a Jeff Goldblum concert in London in April.
Sources claim that the couple’s issues predated Ariana’s start of the “Wicked” shoot. They allegedly still get along and converse on the phone frequently. But it doesn’t appear like their marriage is succeeding.
