After Serial ‘Beyhadh 2’, another show that is canceled because of corona pandemic is ‘Vidya’. The producer of the serial Mahesh Pandey has announced this shocking news.

The TV industry has suffered a major setback due to this. And now there are reports that several shows are being shut down one after the other. Earlier Beyhadh 2 was canceled. And the latest one to get axed is Colors’ drama Vidya. The serial was liked by the audience but was turned off in one stroke. The show featured Vidya starred Meera Deosthale, Namish Taneja, and Vaquar Shaikh in the lead roles.
The news of the closure of this serial was given by its creator Mahesh Pandey through social media itself. He wrote a long post when the show was off-air. On his official Instagram page he wrote, ‘On June 1, I was told that your show Vidya is going to be shut down immediately. I was shocked and I felt bad too. Many kinds of questions were arising in my mind that why such a decision has been taken. We were at the forefront of the 7 pm show when Vidya started. The story of the serial has also remained incomplete. Vidya has not yet become a teacher. But I realized that Vidya was affected by Corona. He died due to corona. And there is no other reason.
Meera Deosthale was playing the lead role in this show. She was launched in September last year. The story portrayed a young girl, who unwillingly takes up the job of a teacher. And later fight to bring the best kind of education to her students. Her acting in the show was liked by the audience. Earlier, she appeared in the role of Chakor in Colors TV show Udaan. Well, let us tell you that the shoots of TV shows were put to hold on March 18. However, the Maharashtra government has now allowed producers to resume shoots, but with some instructions and guidelines.
