Actor Ayushmann Khurrana entered Bollywood 7 years ago, and that is the number of back-to-back hits he has given out over the past two years with Bala, which once again hit the headlines by making a record in Hindi cinema. According to Ayushmann, he attributes his success to good and powerful stories that he selects. Ayushmann believes that the thinking of Hindi cinema audiences has changed. He prefer to perform on the story of a normal human being a hero in unusual circumstances. Ayushmann says, “My films have been appreciated by audiences across the country and my new film Bala is also getting popularity, and as an entertainer, I have to work very hard to stick to the essentials of better content and my beliefs.
When asked about his plans ahead, he says, “I have a great appetite for doing great films.” I want every film in Hindi cinema to be made on good stories. I am still learning and the success of every film is a new lesson for me as an actor. Having the courage to break the rut is the first step to success in my eyes. Ayushmann feels that he has been entrusted with a big responsibility of giving good cinema to the audience. He says, “I believe that getting a better response at the box office is a responsibility given to me to do a better job and provide entertainment.
