Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar has played many strong roles on screen. Bhumi has done amazing work in films like Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhan, Dum Lagaake Haisha, Toilet Ek Prem Katha, Bala. Now Bhumi Pednekar will soon be seen in her new film ‘Durgavati‘, the film is completely heroine focused. For the first time in her entire career, the responsibility of the film will be on her shoulders. However, she said that she is not feeling pressured about this.
Speaking to the media on the occasion of the 2020 calendar launch of fashion photographer Dabboo Ratnani, she said, “I am shooting for Durgavati in Bhopal.” This is a new narrative, a new story for me. For the first time, I have the entire film on my shoulders and I am very happy to join it. Also, in response to the feeling of pressure, she said, Although the whole film is on my shoulders for the first time, I am not under pressure. And whenever you shoot any film, there is some pressure to do better than the previous one.
The film ‘Durgavati’ is being produced by Akshay Kumar, Bhushan Kumar, and also Vikram Malhotra.
