Rhea Chakraborty, who was caught in the drugs case during the investigation of Sushant Singh case, got bail from Maharashtra High Court. However, the bail plea of her brother Shouvik has been dismissed. Rhea has been granted conditional bail.
Let me tell you, Rhea was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the drugs case. Earlier, many of Rhea’s bail pleas were rejected. Earlier, a hearing was held on 23 September, in which the bail petition was dismissed. It was only after Rhea Chakraborty’s statement that Deepika Padukone and Sara Ali Khan were also questioned by the NCB.
Rhea Chakraborty was jailed on September 9 of the previous month. Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after three days of questioning. She was later appeared in court, from where she was remanded for 14 days. Rhea Chakraborty was kept for a night at the NCB office in lockup. She was shifted to another jail the next morning.
