On Bigg Boss 17, presenter Salman Khan will be joined by Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav and Manisha Rani for the Weekend Ka Vaar segment. The Noida police has filed a complaint against the YouTube for allegedly using snake venom at rave events.
On Friday, Colours TV’s official Instagram account released a new teaser for the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, in which Salman Khan greets Elvish and Manisha on stage. Salman watches as the two shake a leg. Later, Salman agrees to do some hook dances with Manisha and Elvish when she asks him to. Salman stars in Tiger Woods. Salman is told by Manisha that he looks “just like a wow.”
The caption read, “Elvish aur Manisha Rani aaye Bigg Boss ke manch par, lagaane apne dance se aag! (fire emoji) Dekhiye #BiggBoss17, Mon-Fri 10PM & Sat-Sun 9PM sirf #Colors aur @officialjiocinema par. #BB17 #BiggBoss @beingsalmankhan.”
According to authorities, Elvish was charged by the Noida Police on Friday, along with five other individuals, for allegedly using snake venom during rave events. According to authorities, nine snakes, including cobras, were also freed from the custody of those detained after they fell victim to an animal rights organisation called People for Animals (PFA)’s trap when they arrived at a banquet hall in Sector 51 on Thursday night for a party.
Twenty millilitres of snake venom, sealed in a plastic container and taken from the accused by the police, has been submitted for analysis to see whether it is psychotropic enough to cause the body to react similarly to party drugs.
But Elvish refuted the accusations. In a video that he uploaded on his Instagram account, he said, “I woke up and heard the news about my alleged arrest in the media. All these allegations against me are fake and without truth. They are not even 1% true. I am willing to cooperate with UP Police. I request the UP Government and the UP CM Yogi Adityanath that even if there is a 0.1% involvement in this then I am willing to take full responsibility. I request the media to not spread any misinformation till then, I have nothing to do with this.”
