The He-Man of India, veteran actor Dharmendra’s younger son Bobby Deol’s photo is going viral on the social media. It is an interesting picture of him posing for a photograph with an old lady making Paranthas on a chullah in a village in Punjab. The 82 years old legendary actor Dharmendra shared the picture on his Insta account and captioned it,
“This is from where we are, this is what we eat, we will always be connected to our roots”.
Dharmendra spends most of his time in his village Dangon in Ludhiana. He loves to stay rooted with the soil of Punjab. He has many animals in his farmhouse and has planted different fruit-bearing trees. In his farmhouse in Lonavala in Mumbai too, he indulges in organic farming.
Dharmendra, in his younger days, he often rode on bus roof-tops to watch Hindi films in Ludhiana. He traveled from Sahnewal to Ludhiana to watch the film once a week on Fridays. In his initial days, it was Meena Kumari who was his senior and offered him a lot of support in his acting career before he became a superstar. Dharmendra often comes to Sahnewal and meets up with his old friends.
