They say a story is incomplete without a villain. It is the villain who makes a story interesting and also makes a hero a “hero”. Today we will tell you about some of the movies that became popular only because of the villains in them. People remember these films for their villains and not for the heroes. Check them out:

1) Padmaavat

Ranveer Singh portrayed the role of brutal 13th-century Afghanistani King, Jalaluddin Khilji. He portrayed the role with an immense ace. Even after miring in so many controversies the film became a super hit.

2) Darr

Yash Chopra’s film Darr is still recognized as one of the most amazing films; the film was a thriller yet romantic. Shah Rukh Khan played a role of antagonistic in the film. From this film SRK stole many hearts and also rose to stardom. The film was one of the highest grossing films of 1993.

3) Baazigar

Again Shah Rukh Khan proved that he can be a hero as well as a villain. Baazigar released a month before Darr and SRK became a popular villain from Abbas Mustan’s film. Shah Rukh crosses every limit to take revenge for the injustice done to his family. The scene when he throws Shilpa Shetty off the terrace still gives us goosebumps!

4) Dhoom 3

The 200 crore club movie. Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan played a role of the villain for very first time and won the hearts of the audience. The actor played a guy who robs the banks after his father dies.
