The Brit Awards 2021 ceremony was held in London on Tuesday. The event took place to celebrate the best in British and international music. And the one who bagged it this year for the first time was Taylor swift. Earlier Elton John, David Bowie, and Robbie Williams received this award. But this time the singer made history as she became the first female non-UK artist who was awarded the Global Icon award.
The event took place at London’s O2 Arena in May due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. The interesting thing was that this was the first live music event in a year when celebs didn’t have to wear masks or maintain social distance. Many artists performed on the event to make the most memorable moments. However, Taylor did not perform, but she was there to receive the award.
The one who delivered stellar performances at the Brit award ceremony was Dua Lipa and Arlo Parks. It was a spectacular performance and was cheered up by an audience of nearly 4000.
