Hafizur Akhand, the vegetable vendor from Barpeta in Assam, reached the showroom to buy a scooter from coins collected last year. He earned lots of praise on social media for this unusual act. This man used a sack full of coins, which he saved to purchase his dream scooter.
This man got his publicity from a YouTuber Hirak J Das, who posted his story on his channel a couple of days ago. His users appreciated the video on social media and praised him for his continuous efforts and devotion.

Saved Over a Long Period
He told a news agency that he had wanted the scooter since last year, but its cost was too high, so he decided to save the amount. Hafizur added that he was saving this amount over a long period. after this, he approached an automobile company promotion event where he talked about his saving and will to purchase the two-wheeler.
The amount turned out as Rs. 22,000 when they counted in the showroom. In the video shared by Das, it has been shown that three men entered the showroom carrying the heavy sack. They emptied the sack in the baskets. Some of them later see by counting the coins.
A senior member of the company told the news reporter that it took two to three hours to count the sack, which is used as a down payment, and the rest of the amount will be paid by financing.
Same Incident Has Happened At Russia
A few years back, a video of a Russian blogger went viral where he went to an Apple showroom to purchase an iPhone XS by carrying a tub filled with loose cash.
A Facebook user posted a photograph in 2018 showing the Apple Retailer employees counting the cash. Later in a video on Instagram, it was defined that cash was more than 350 kg in weight.
