The festival of lights is around the corner. Recetly on October 22 season’s first Diwali get-together was hosted by ace designer Manish Malhotra at his residence. Bollywood celebrities and their partners showed up in their best ethnic outfits at the Diwali bash. Let’s take a look.
Diwali celebrated by famous Indian designer Manish Malhotra was all about chic and luxury and Bollywood starlets ensured they posed in their best avatars. Perhaps the much-discussed couples were Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. Kiara, who’s gearing up for the release of her film War 2, was looking quite stunning in a golden saree. What particularly made her stand out was how she modified the conventional saree look. The one she wore had a beaded pallu and she arranged the saree in such a way that it gave a modern style. She paired it up with a sleeveless velvet blouse thus giving it an elegant look. Sidharth was well dressed in a Red Sherwani and white bottom coordinating with the dress that Kiara was wearing.

One more couple that was noticed was Shahid Kapoor with his beautiful wife Mira Rajput. Shahid, who is popular for his recent movie Kabir Singh, opted for the formal ethnic look with a stylish white sherwani. Mira too looked fabulous in a cream sequin saree with a golden border and the couple looked amazing.

Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma were also seen dancing together at the party defining new chemistry between the star couples. Tamannaah wore a red sequin saree with a velvet blouse to go with it. And Vijay opted for a black bandhgala, the kind of formal Indian jacket. He gave a nice contrast look with Tamannaah. Ananya Panday’s cousin Alanna Pandey also reached the bash where her husband Ivor joined her. The couple twinned in white outfits, and looked natural, classy and coordinated.

New parents Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal also twinkle for the camera too. The duo shone in glittery outfits that perfectly matched the festive vibe of the event. Some of the other program attendees were Neha Dhupia with Angad Bedi, Aparshakti Khurana along with his wife, Shruti Haasan, and Shriya Saran along with her husband.
Apart from these lovely couples, many other stars like Alia Bhatt, Sharvari Wagh, Janhvi Kapoor, Disha Patani, and Kajol also graced the event, making it a truly star-studded Diwali bash.
