So, Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s time to dim the lights and get into the most sexually active countries in the world. Countries that are more socially liberal and have relaxed attitudes toward sex tend to top the list. So, here are the countries that made the cut:
According to the worldwide survey conducted by the Durex, Greece is the most sexually active country in the world. On an average, almost 164 sessions a year, or more than three times a week.
Brazil ranks second in the list of most sexually active countries in the world. When we come to sex sessions, it is almost 145 times a year. If you visit Brazil, get ready to get tongue tied in the best possible way.
Russia, the third most sexually active country in the world. 80% of Russian adults have sex at least once a week (142 sessions a year). Igor S. Kon wrote in the International Encyclopedia of Sexuality:
“Sexual satisfaction and general satisfaction with the marriage are closely interrelated. Practically all couples maximally satisfied with their marriages believed they were sexually compatible, while only 63 percent were sexually compatible among the maritally dissatisfied.”
A survey in February 2017 revealed that Italian women are the most sexually active in Europe. May be this factor makes it the fourth most sexually active country in the world.
Poland bags the fifth position in the list of most sexually active countries in the world. The survey shows that almost a half of Polish women (43 percent) have sex more often than once a week.
It is a shocker for me, a conservative country like Malaysia broke all the stereotypes and got the 6th position in the list of most sexually active countries in the world. Teenagers below 18 years old in East Malaysia are becoming sexually active at a younger age compared to their peers in the Peninsular.
In Switzerland, people are making love 123 times a year. Moreover, prostitution is also legal in this country. On seeing the Switzerland on the 7th position of the world’s most sexually active country, Miriam Abel, the product manager at Durex Switzerland, told Swiss info:
“This is one of the most surprising results. People have something in their mind when it comes to these countries and love.”
The best thing about Spain is a quarter of the population of country rates their sexual performance as excellent. Also, 90 percent of Spanish men and women were sexually satisfied. After all this, Spain definitely deserves a position on the list of most sexually active countries.
