WandaVision has come to an end, but fans are still getting information about the production of the first Marvel Studios series.
The show’s opening credits for Episode 5 began in sitcom style, paying tribute to shows such as Family Ties , Growing Trouble, and Full House . As with Growth Issues , the splash screen shows Wanda and Vision at different times, including a hilarious photo with Vision toddler.
Director Matt Shackman previously shared with ComicBook.com that the photo wasn’t actually Paul Bettany. Visual Effects Supervisor Ed Bruce showed the real kid who appeared on the show, sharing the following:
As soon as we saw the photo, our team was absolutely delighted. We all watched “The Mandalorian,” which featured “Baby Yoda.” When this image was sent to us, we immediately decided to use it.
After creating the image of “Baby Vision”, Bruce recalls that he thought it was perhaps “the most talked about topic in our work.” He added, “And of course Twitter exploded after it went live.”
