Megastar Chiranjeevi was felicitated with the Indian Film personality of the year award at the 53rd International Film Festival of India. He is the most celebrated actor of the Indian cinema.
Chiranjeevi kicked off his career in the 1978 hit film Punadhirallu. He then head on with many high budget Telugu films, of which many have tuned out to be successful at the box office.
He is a recipient of many accolades for the past four decades, which include 10 filmfare awards and 4 Nandi awards.
He will next star in Bobby’s ‘Walter Veerayya’, and Meher Ramesh’s ‘Bholaa Shankar’, a Telugu remake of the Tamil superhitmovie, ‘Vedalam’. He last appeared in Godfather alongside Salman Khan and Godfather.
