Keep natural position and lift one leg as high as you can without bending it. Squeeze your glutes as you do it. You can repeat this exercise 15 times on each side.

Pelvic Lift

First, lie flat on your back and keep your knees bent, your arms should be by your side. Squeeze your abs and slowly lift your pelvis up, hold it for a few seconds, then release. Repeat this 15 times in a day. and if you want to see results fast, then double it.

Side Lunges

Stand up straight with your feet a little less, hip-width apart and your hands should be  on your hips. Step to the side with your right leg and go down as far as you can without bending your left leg. Make sure your knees do not go past your toes. Repeat this exercise 15 times.
