The country is presently facing a shortage of oxygen, and the reason for this is that after this phase started many people are complaining about the problem of breathlessness. Which has now become a major issue.

At present 29 lakh cases have been reported. And Twitter is also flooded with messages, asking people for finding oxygen. In such situations when many people who have been suspected with the symptoms of covid. And are in-home quarantine, We are sharing some tips that one should follow if you notice a change or dip in their oxygen levels. The solution is simple and that is CALLED prone positioning to manage oxygen levels.
So what is Prone positioning?
The prone posture is a posture with a lying face-down position. In this, the chest should be raised, and one should follow practicing rapid breathing. It also called the ‘prone ventilator method’ and shows to improve oxygen levels.
