On Tuesday Abhishek Bachchan, BBC Studios India, and Amazon Prime Video unveiled the trailer of the series – ‘Sons of the Soil’. Which is a two-minute trailer that features behind-the-scenes footage.
Amazon prime video released the trailer of the sports documentary series ‘Sons of the Soil’:Jaipur Pink Panthers‘ on Tuesday. Which is scheduled to release on December 4th in over 200 countries. The documentary is based on the 2018-19 Pro Kabbadi League season journey of the team Jaipur Pink Panthers. Produced by BBC Studios India the momentary features behind-the-scenes footage from the team’s pre-season training camp at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Let us tell you that the five episodes were shelved for a year, but finally, it is now seeing the light.

It seems as if the online streaming platforms are coming up with sports series back to back. Earlier Netflix showcased ‘Cricket Fever Mumbai Indians’, the next was ‘Roar of the Lion’, that featured on Disney+ Hotstar. And now this is Amazon Prime Video’s foray into Indian sports documentaries. Who’s trailer has now been released. During the trailer launch, the franchise’s owner Abhishek Bachchan was present there with the producers, and just before the trailer launch, he was quite excited to make an announcement on his Twitter account for the same. Taking to his social media account he wrote “Each one of you is a champion to me the true #SonsOfTheSoil. Hold on to your seats as the trailer comes out tomorrow on prime video.’
