The promos for Shah Rukh Khan’s next movie Dunki has been making an impression on viewers. The official trailer for this comic drama, Dunki Drop 4, has been released by the producers, who previously unveiled the first look and two tracks from the album. Astute viewers, renowned for their keen eye for detail, have seen a parallel between a moment in the teaser and two of SRK’s most well-known films, Veer Zaara and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.
On December 5, the eagerly anticipated Dunki movie trailer was released, generating a lot of discussion among viewers. The last scene of the three minutes and one second teaser features Shah Rukh Khan as Hardy, running on a racetrack while sporting a striped yellow sweater.
A sentimental nod to a scene in SRK’s love classic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, where he had a similar sequence, running with a ball in a game while sporting an eerily similar hoodie, was soon picked up by fans.
There’s also a nod to the notorious train scene from DDLJ in the trailer.
