Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has sent a notice for defamation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah BS Yeddyurappa for accusing him of corruption. He files Rs.100 Crore case against PM Modi, Amit Shah and BS Yeddyurappa.
CM demanded the public apology from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on print, electronic and social media also. According to Siddaramaiah, BJP leaders made baseless and false remarks about him in the campaign for the state elections this Saturday. According to notice, PM defamed the Siddaramaiah government by saying “Sidha -rupaiya government”, and “10 percent Sarkar (that takes the commission)and also said that there was ease of doing murders in Karnataka during the government of Siddaramaiah. CM demanded the answer for this in 14 days. If BJP leaders will not do the same legal actions will be taken against them after 14 days.
