English cricket and Lords have a romantic “sporty” culture when aggression meets the beauty of the pavilion.
Lords will be hosting the first test of England vs New Zealand for which the hosts have challenged the visitors by submitting their final XI in sheer confidence.
Zak Crawley and Alex Lees will be starting off the list, followed by the experienced trip of Joe Root, Jonathan Bairstow, and Ben Stokes. Not to forget Ollie Pope will be in the playing XI. While Ben Foakes and Jack Leach can create history with their performance, the Lords will be delighted to watch the dominance of the lethal gunners – Stuart Broad and James Anderson. Lords will be welcoming yet another debutant – Matthew Potts, who is an English seamer from Durham.
