Photographer John Mallet from England was present during Leicester’s warm-up match between India and Leicestershire CCC.
John was appreciated by the Twitterati and specifically by Virat Kohli’s fans after he revealed that John shot the photos posted by Virat on his Twitter account.
John tweets with a sweet message to Virat Kohli stating that he is obliged to know that “one of the greatest” players in the sport of cricket decided to choose John’s clicked photos.
Virat Kohli posted 3 photos of John Mallet from his Twitter account. Virat was an active part of the warm-up match, gearing up to be back in whites as the fans witnessed a fantastic half-century from the “king”.
The uppercut hit to Bumrah for a six was one of the most viral videos from this warm-up against Leicestershire CCC. Virat Kohli will be looking to come back to his prime game as England awaits the final clash of the extended series which was started in 2021.
The series will end after the only Test game left to be played. This time the tables have turned as Virat-Shastri’d duo is changed by Dravid and Rishabh Pant ( Probable Captain after Rohit tested positive for COVID-19) duo for the last Test game of this series. On the other hand, England too will be witnessed with a different duo of coach and captain as Brendon McCullum and Ben Stokes will be fighting to draw the series.
