Telugu actor Jaya Prakash Reddy died on Tuesday (September 8, 2020) due to cardiac arrest. He was 73 and breathed his last at his residence in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Actor Sudhir Babu confirmed the news on his Twitter page expressing condolences. He shared a picture of Jai Prakash Reddy and wrote, ‘Horrible news. RIP. Sir # Jayaprakashreddy ‘.
Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu also expressed grief over the death of Jaya Prakash Reddy.
Jaya Prakash Reddy is known for playing the role of villain in the comic as well. He made his debut in the 1988 film Brahmaputra starring Venkatesh in the lead role.
Reddy acted in many films, including Chitram Bhalare Vichitram, Jamba Lucky Pamba, Preminchukundam Ra, Samarasimha Reddy, Avunu Validaru Ista Padaru, Palniti Brahmanayadu, Amar Akbar Anthony, Nella Ticket, Jamba Lucky Pamba. Jaya Prakash Reddy was last seen in the film ‘Sarilaru Nikevaru‘ released in 2000. Mahesh Babu played the lead role in the film along with Rashmika Mandana and Vijayashanti.
