After creating a lot of controversies in the past, now the Prerna Arora who runs the production house KriArj entertainment has recently arrested. She gets arrested by the police after film Distributor Vashu Bhagnani accused her of cheating him with Rs 16 crore.
Bhagnani in his complaint mentioned that he had not been credited as the distributor in the musical comedy Fanney Khan that was co-produced by KriArj along with others including T-Series and Anil Kapoor as per their agreement. Prerna has been accused of cheating.
Not only he accused Prerna but her mother Protima Arora and partner Arjun Kapoor of cheating. After the police failed to take corrective action in this matter, the Bombay High Court had reprimanded the Mumbai Police Commissioner.
It is because Vashu Bhagnani filed a petition in the Bombay High Court alleging that the police is not taking the matter seriously. After that the court sent a notice to the Mumbai Police Commissioner.
