A complaint has been filed against Kangana over derogatory remarks on a photo on December 3, with the caption ‘new star in tukde tukde gang’.
A case has been filed against Actress Kangana Ranaut was on Friday Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) in Patna civil court tarnishing the reputation of former Union minister Upendra Kushwaha, It all started after Kangana’s tweet in which she insulted the party’s president, Upendra Kushwaha. However, this didn’t go down well with the party leaders and the national general secretary and spokesperson Fazal Imam Mallick. Making a comment against Kangana he said that the tweet of the actress shows a narrow mindset who just for the sake of cheap publicity indulges in this kind of hypocrisy on social media. Mallick further said that the tweet has hurt millions of party workers.
Now the party leaders have taken this comment of Kangana seriously and as per the reports RLSP has lodged a case against the actress and Twitter India under section 501 (a), 502 A and 505 of IPC and section 66 A of IT Act in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Patna.
What’s the matter
Actually, on 3rd December, The Manikarnika actress shared an election meeting photo of RLSP President Upendra Kushwaha in a tweet where she had mention ‘new star in Tukde Tukde gang’. After which on 4th December Upendra Kushwaha lodged a strong objection to Kangana Ranaut’s tweet, but she had no regrets for the tweets. And now the news has surfaced that RLSP first lodged a complaint in Gaya, then Patna, and now has decided to file a complaint against the actress in every district of Bihar.
