Before joining bollywood, Parineeti Chopra used to weigh around 86 kilos. Parineeti is one of the few actresses who not just accepts, but also talks about her weight issues openly to the media.
Parineeti Chopra had been working on losing weight for over an year now. She looks so fit now. The kill dill actress revealed that secret to her weight loss is a mix of rigorous workout regime and a strict diet plan.
She has been body shamed many times before for being overweight but Parineeti soon shut off her critics by showing off her new toned avatar.
To achieve this, Parineeti changed her fitness routine drastically. Here is the exercise regime she swears by:
- Practise Kalaripayattu, a form of martial arts from Kerala
- Involving into activities that she likes, such as swimming and horse riding
- Running on treadmill
- Eating better
Parineeti caused quite a commotion on the social media when she showcased her new fit avatar.
