Actually, Gautam Gambhir reached at the 7th edition of Hijra Habba to stand up for transgenders. He is a very confident man and never hesitate to express his views openly whether it’s about Indian Army soldiers, rapes or any other social cause.
He always expresses his opinions and words on different matters. Be it for his humane gestures, charity work or nationalistic statements, he is always in the news for some reason. Currently, he is grabbing headlines for dressing up as a woman.
Gambhir was inaugurating the 7th edition of Hijra Habba. This program is organized by the Shemari society and when he came, he was made to dress like them. The pictures also went viral. Ever since they got viral, many people are praising the cricketer.

Transgenders face a lot of discrimination and are often victims of violence. This was Gambhir’s way of conveying that humanity comes first and everyone in this world is born with equal rights.
