The star-studded event is scheduled for January 7th at 8 pm ET (January 8th at 5:30 am IST). For Indian viewers, the Golden Globes will stream exclusively on Lionsgate Play. The festivities kick off at 6:30 am IST, with the red carpet begining at 5:30 am IST. This year Dick Clark Productions and Eldridge Industries hold the rights to the Golden Globes after the disbandment of HFPA.
Coming to the nominations, Barbi is, leading with an impressive 9 nominations. Quite close to Oppenheimer with 8 nominations. In the television category, Succession takes the lead with 9 nominations. Movies like Martin Scorsese’s “Killers of the Flower Moon” and Yorgos Lanthimos’ “Poor Things” secured seven nominations spanning categories such as Best Director and Best Screenplay.
