After Greta Thunberg who shared a toolkit in support of farmers, there was chaos among people. And recently news also made rounds when a 21 years old activist was arrested by police who shared this tool kit.
In connection to farmers’ protest, the toolkit shared by Greta Thunberg was creating chaos all over. Recently a piece of news also broke out that 21-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi got arrested after she shared the “toolkit” related to farmers’ protest on social media. Now as per the reports she is into 5 days of police custody. As she disturbed the toolkit, and this was further used by Greta Thunberg.
These things started on 5th February, after the Swedish activist Greta shared a toolkit (google document)and from thereon she hit the headlines. Soon after that, she came under the radar of police and they asked the social media giants to provide information, about those who were behind creating this toolkit.
Now let’s understand the “Toolkit” that we are talking about and why Disha got arrested in this
A toolkit is a document that provides information and explains the issues. These contain things like protests, petitions, and mass movements and things like these. And the toolkit that was shared by Greta explained the farmer’s protest at the national level. So why this was shared. It was shared to make people aware of it as much as possible. So that the decision on farmers’ protest can be taken. Not only this but it also states about the Center’s recent agriculture legislations.
So overall the toolkit states “Instead of being supported to become self-reliant and prosperous a majority of farmers are increasingly been subjected to the control of large corporations and international Institutions whose sole focus is profits and necessarily involves increased exploitation of nature. Apart from this the toolkit also mentions the strikes and riots that happened on 26th January.
Now, what was Disha’s role in that? So let us Inform you that she was the key conspirator to form this document. She also made a WhatsApp group and then drafted the document. And as per the police the members of the group have equally collaborated with the Pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread inequality in India.

Talking about the pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation it was formed 11 months ago March 2020. That states:”We develop content workshops and events to provoke challenge and disrupt systemic inequities and biases. We create safe spaces for exploration learning and healing to foster societal change. Our goal is to educate organize and mobilize Canadians to achieve and protect equal rights in all aspects of social political and economic life. Currently, we are most actively involved in the farmer’s protest that has activated the Indian diaspora worldwide as a rebuke to India’s oppressive policies towards farmers.
