Social media is a platform where everybody is free to share their views, ideas as well as complaints. online shopping websites, retail companies, financial portals etc have lifted up their speed in terms of giving an on-time response to their users. However, this open platform has also given an authority to users a to troll people especially big brands, celebrities, etc. The only motive behind this is to attain publicity or attention. With the same thought, a guy tried trolling Flipkart.
This guy named Ronak Gauswami tried to troll the Flipkart as he was very confused about what the company is exactly selling – people or clothes?
On this bizarre complaint what Flipkart had replied was totally bizarre too. Flipkart asked Ronak to give his email id so that they can file his complaint and take an action accordingly.
Flipkart played it very well! it showed by its reply that ignoring the idea of the troll was the best way to troll the guy himself.
