Erling Haaland’s father Alf-Inge Haaland, played for Manchester City and had a possible deal of 3 years to which Haaland too confirms his priority to choose Manchester City.
“First of all my father,” said Erling in an interview with Manchester City officials.
Erling further stated that he was a City supporter in his childhood and watching his father play was a proud moment for him. Haaland family could have never imagined their son creating a miraculous journey from the seats of Etihad to getting cheers by a similar audience while being a super striker for the club.

Haaland confessed that he feels at home while being in Manchester City and can be potentially better if played for City.
“I have been there a couple of times before watching games. I like it. It is beautiful, I like the colour! It’s a big, huge stadium and I like to play there,” said Haaland.
