Karan Singh Grover posted an adorable birthday wish for his wife Bipasha calling her God’s precious gift to him on her special occasion.
Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu is celebrating her 41st birthday today. Today on her birthday her hubby Karan Singh Grover wishing her lovely wife wrote: “Wish you a very happy birthday my darling sweet little baby monkey princess. May the universe shower you with infinite abundance, joy, love and success! Be the bright shining light that you are and shine brighter with every passing day! You are God’s gift to all of us, especially me! Thank you so much for being born my love.”
Bipasha was born on 7 January 1979 in a Bengali family in Delhi. Bipasha did her early studies at APJ High School in Nehru Place, Delhi. Later, his family shifted to Kolkata. During an interview, Bipasha told that she was a chubby girl in her childhood. At that time no one considered her to be pretty. During school days, people used to fondly call her ‘Lady Gunda’.Bipasha started her modeling career from Kolkata in 1996 after completing her initial studies from Kolkata. At the same time in Kolkata, he met actor Arjun Rampal’s wife and the then supermodel Meher Jassia, who inducted Bipasha to participate in the Godrej Cinthol Supermodel Contestant. Bipasha’s luck supported her and she won that contest.
Bipasha entered the limelight after winning the contest. After which Vinod Khanna along with his son Akshaye Khanna decided to launch her in the film ‘Himalayaputra’. But due to her young age, Bipasha refused to play that role, as she was just 18 years old at that time. Bipasha worked in many horror films like ‘Raj’, ‘Raj-3’, ‘Creator-3D’, ‘Atma’ and ‘Alone’. It was only after Bipasha’s arrival that the trend of horror films returned to Bollywood. Because of which she is called the horror queen. Bipasha was seen last on-screen in the film ‘Alone’. In this film, Bipasha was accompanied by husband Karan Singh Grover. Bipasha and Karan met during the shooting of the 2015 film Alone. The couple got married in April 2016 as per Bengali traditions. They later hosted a reception for their industry friends, which was attended by several Bollywood stars.
