In a shocking news, one of the popular actors of England and Harry Potter film star Robert Hardy said Good Bye to the world as he died at the age of 91. The family of the actor has confirmed the news by sharing a statement on social media, as per the reports.
Robert Hardy is known for his roles in Harry Potter and All Creatures Great and Small. In the super hit series Harry Potter films, he played Cornelius Fudge, the Minister for Magic. The statement issued by his family members reads:
“It is with great sadness that the family of Robert Hardy CBE today announced his death, following a tremendous life: a giant career in theatre, television and film spanning more, than 70 years.”
The actor also won the BAFTA for his performance as the British leader in ‘Winston Churchill: The Wilderness Years’ in 1981. He played the role of prominent figures famous in the world of politics, Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt, various times. The actor appeared in the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets as Cornelius Fudge, the Minister for Magic.
