Warner Bros. recently teased that new Harry Potter projects could be on the way for HBO Max. It has been rumored for some time that people are looking at the possibility of filming Harry Potter and the Cursed Child .
Today we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the play that was played in two parts when it came out.
Is it possible?
JK Rowling and Warner Bros. have often denied in the past that such a film would be made. Partly because it is really meant to be a play. A movie version wouldn’t really work either because it’s such an extensive story.
But that Warner Bros. recently asked writers to come up with plans for a television series in the Potter verse, suggests that just anything could be possible.
Will the cast return?
The cast members, Daniel Radcliffe , Emma Watson and Rupert Grint too young now to look convincingly as forty-year-olds. If there is such a series, it may be that one has to wait a while. After all, part of the appeal would lie in bringing the three of them back.
When Harry Potter and the Cursed Child was announced in 2016, it was revealed that a black actress would play the role of Hermoine. As a result, the play received criticism, but according to JK Rowling, the books did not state what skin color the character had. Re-casting the characters might be possible in that regard.
The story
