In the world’s biggest chemtrails experiment on the public, A $20 million Harvard University project will send aerosol injections up into the earth’s stratosphere. It is well-funded and well-branded from within the intellectual community. A pair of Harvard Scientists is preparing for this small scale chemical experiment.

According to the MIT Technology Review, Harvard professors David Keith and Frank Keutsch have discussed plans to launch a high altitude balloon equipped with propellers and sensors from a location in Tuscon, Arizona.

Harvard Scientists Announce Bill Gates Funded Chemtrail Plan

It will be called as “StratoCruiser” and would spray a fine mist of alumina, sulphur dioxide and calcium carbonate into the stratosphere. The experiment had raised more than $7 million from Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the Hewlett Foundation and Harvard-internal funds.

Geoengineering critics claim that the climate system is too complex to interfere with, that the environmental risks are too high, or that even talking about technological “fixes” could ease pressure to cut greenhouse gas emissions.

Some Scientists are trying to explain that because volcanoes push sulphur dioxide into the atmosphere, therefore, it is a good idea for a man to accomplish an intercession plan of its own. The goal would be to control the earth’s temperatures.
