It was in April 2018, when Pakistan breach the code of conduct at Wahga Border by allowing a civilian to the daily ceremonial parade. This parade is only carried out by the jawans of Border Security Force (BSF) and Pak Rangers at the Attari-Wagah border. They violated the sanctity of the daily ceremonial parade.
Surprisingly that civilian was Pakistani cricketer Hasan Ali. He heckled the daily parade by entering into the arena and making provocative gestures towards Indian side. Indians were quick to respond to it and the BSF lodged a protest with the Pakistan Rangers. Soldiers making aggressive gestures during the ceremony is nothing new but allowing a civilian to do the same has never been seen before. Hasan Ali was also encouraged by the viewers at the Pakistan side.

Now, after a year when Pakistan faced a shameful defeat from India in World Cup 2019 match played on June 16 on Father’s Day, Pakistani team is receiving trolls not from Indians but from their own country people too. And the most interesting one is from Shoaib Akhtar. He insulted Hasan Ali for the provocative gestures he displayed at the Wahga Border instead of showing the same enthusiasm on the cricket ground against India. He asked him to stop jumping around at the Wagah Border and focus on his cricket instead. In India-Pakistan’s much-hyped match, Ali gave away 84 runs as Pakistan went down to India once again in a World Cup game.
Not only that, but Shoaib Akhtar also slammed Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed and called him a ‘brainless’ skipper.
