Hrithik Roshan is recognized for his sculpted body. In addition to maintaining a nutritious diet, the actor follows a rigorous exercise schedule. Kris Gethin, Hrithik’s fitness teacher, discussed the actor’s exercise regimen with India Today in order to help him get the toned body he will be sporting in the next movie Fighter.
Hrithik Roshan is a shining example of a healthy lifestyle, working out five days a week and going to the gym early. Thanks to his instructor Kris Gethin, here is all the information we know about his exercise routine, food, and healthy lifestyle.
Morning workout
Regarding Hrithik’s training regimen, Kris Gethin informed the outlet that a lot depends on whether the actor is filming day or night. When filming takes place during the day, the actor-trainer team begins work as early as 5 or 6 am. After eating breakfast, Hrithik spends forty-five minutes working out.
Ends the day at 9pm
“The workout is usually about an hour or so. It’s very short but it’s intense and extremely difficult. It’s usually five days a week of weight training depending upon his (Hrithik Roshan’s) sleep schedule. If his sleep is good, then it’s five days or else four days as recovery is very important as it enhances performance,” Kris Gethin averred.
Functional workouts for near about 30 mins
According to Kris Gethin, for “a holistic approach to achieve the desired results,” functional exercises including boxing, kettlebell work, battle ropes, and plyometrics might take up to thirty minutes. “It doesn’t matter if you’re tired, but we cannot miss out on the workouts as sometimes we just have 12 weeks to achieve a look. So, consistency is crucial,” Kris Gethin said.
His customised sauce
Hrithik may do cardio once a day or even twice a day. The fitness expert said that exercises like swimming, ellipticals, stairmaster rowers, and running might be used for that. Kris stated that periodically “changing up” the fitness routine is crucial.
Meal intake for 6-7 times
The actor eats egg whites, poultry, whey protein, fish, and “sources of complex carbohydrates like oats, quinoa, rice, and sweet potatoes,” according to Kris Gethin. Hrithik “usually has 6-7 meals in intervals,” according to Kris, but if he is unable to eat as frequently, he drinks shakes instead. Generally speaking, though, he tries to consume full foods whenever feasible.
