When can you see him?
The Martian Manhunter can be seen at two points in the film. The first moment shows how the shape-shifting alien masquerades as Martha Kent. He’s talking to Lois Lane. And at the very end of the movie, we see him appear before Bruce Wayne, to let him know that he is willing to join the fight against the threat from Darkseid.
Who is he?
The Martian Manhunter is in the comics of, as its name implies, Mars. It is ancient, old enough to have lived on Mars when the planet was still habitable. But he has lived in deepest secrecy on Earth for a million years.
He is incredibly powerful, one of the most powerful telepaths on the planet. He can even communicate with the entire Justice League through his thoughts in the comics. In addition, he has enormous strength, stamina and good reflexes. He can also fly, but is terrified of fire.
