But suddenly got vanished and the news came in media that due to his addiction to alcohol and drugs, he ruined his career. But there is always a two side story. According to the reports, Honey Singh has made a statement and revealed the reason that why he is not singing currently. The rapper and the singer said that,
“This is the first time I am talking about it as I want my fans to know what happened to me. Because nobody knows about this & I wanted to tell the world myself, not through a spokesperson. The last 18 months were the darkest phase of my life & I wasn’t in a state to talk to anyone.”
He told that,
‘I know there were rumours that I was in drug overdose, but I was in my Noida house throughout. The truth is I was suffering from bipolar disorder and It went on for 18 months, during which I changed four doctors, the medication wasn’t working on me & crazy things were happening. I must confess that I was bipolar and an alcoholic, which aggravated the condition’.
So due to health issues, Honey Singh has stopped singing for a specific time. We wish them a speedy recovery.
