Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is not going from his happy face since his divorce. After Kangana Ranaut and sister Sunaina’s various accusations now the actor gets arrested by the police in a cheating case. A gym user has filed a case against him, brand ambassador of Cult.Fit and three others.
The complainant said the fitness centre enrolled more people than it could accommodate and failed to give the slots as promised at the time of registration. He further accused that when he protested he was barred from using their app to book the slots.
Cyberabad police commissionerate filed the case against the actor and three officials of Cult.Fit Healthcare Private Limited on charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust. The police officials said that the complainant accused the company of making false promises of daily work out sessions.
The name of the complainant is Shahsikanth said that he had paid a fee of Rs 17,490 in December last year but was not allotted a slot for the workout. He also revealed that the gym was offering weight loss packages for Rs 17,490 to Rs 36,400 for one year. Shashikanth availed the discount offered at the time of the centre’s launch.
He claimed that by using Hrithik Roshan company advertised guaranteed weight loss and daily work out sessions. Due to this, a large number of people registered themselves and now got fooled.
